Display
Numeric display:
- Level: Input levels at A and B port. For best performance keep between -10dBm and 0dBm. Max input level +10 dBm
- PLL: Tuning value and last measured frequency error of the internal reference against input A. Max frequency error is 500Hz. and independent of Tau setting
- SL: Side channel input levels at A and B port. When both are above -30dBm the side channel will automatically be used to calibrate the phase measurement.
- Last B-A Freq: last measured frequency difference between B and A over the period Tau. Max frequency difference is (0.5/Tau) Hz. If there is only a signal on port A this will display the frequency of the port A input in MHz.
- Last B-A Phase: Last measured phase difference between B and A over the period Tau
Graph display:
- Yellow trace: DP, delta phase. Number is average over whole trace
- Blue trace: AF, PLL frequency error
- Green trace: DF, delta frequency. Number is average over whole trace
- Purple trace: RESIDUE, unwrapped linear residue of the phase difference.
Status display:
- CW: the selected input frequency
- tau: tau value and number of points in the trace
